KK Superyachts is currently recruiting a Junior Yacht Accountant / Office Manager to their friendly, dynamic team in Monaco.

The Junior Yacht Accountant / Office Manager tasks include the following / or assisting in:

  • Yacht Bookkeeping and Invoice payments, filing and organizing yacht invoices
  • Yacht budget controlling
  • Maintain and prepare daily payments via check and wire transfer
  • Prepare, discuss and produce budgets when required
  • Budget controlling, including an accurate record of yacht refit budgets vs. actual
  • Monthly payroll and payment of payroll liabilities/taxes
  • Preparation and reporting of monthly yacht financials
  • Maintain the month-end close checklist
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of credit/debit card accounts and accurate monitoring of current balances
  • Preparation of funding requests to yacht owner companies
  • Statutory declarations as required, i.e., VAT & payroll tax reporting, handling crewing paperwork
  • Dealing with incoming post and shipments and courier, including invoices, bank statements, and contracts
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Preparing directors expense notes
  • Contacting office suppliers, Ordering office supplies and groceries
  • Handling petty cash
  • Taking on further higher level responsibilities from different departments as required
  • Other tasks as required from time to time

The preferred candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
